Diligente Technologies was founded to provide information technology solutions and the subject matter expertise needed by companies undergoing IT initiatives without the associated carrying costs of these roles. We help businesses scale their teams with the necessary subject matter experts to fulfill their business and/or technology strategies. Our focus is to create optimal long-term outcomes by avoiding future catch-up expenses. If you contact us via our “Contact Us” web form, you will be asked for your:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Other information that we may request or that you provide

If you contact us via email or telephone, we will collect your email address, telephone number and any other information that you provide to us via such communications.  If you contact us via telephone, we may electronically store the information you provide to us.

Applying for a Job and Working for us

If you visit our Site, you may apply for a job with us.  In applying and in connection with doing so, you may provide personal information including your name, email address, address/location, phone number, information in your resume or CV, information in your cover letter, information from your LinkedIn profile and other information that you submit to us in relation to your job application. 

If we hire you or engage you to perform Services for one of our customers, in addition to the information above, we also collect your government identifiers, such as you social security number or driver’s license number, to confirm eligibility to work. We also collect your banking information to pay you.

Customers

When Customers sign up to use our Services, we will request the following personal information:

We may collect personal information from third parties, such as through LinkedIn, background check providers or recruiters.

We currently do not use cookies on our Site.

Social Media

We use social media plug-ins (e.g., Instagram and LinkedIn). These features may collect your IP address and/or other information as set forth in each social platform’s privacy policy, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. We also have a presence on some social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn. Through our accounts on social medial platforms, we may in some instances collect personal information when you interact with the our accounts or otherwise communicate with us through those accounts. Any information that you post on social media is governed by each social platform’s privacy notices, and any personal information that we collect via our social media accounts will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Business Transfer

As we continue to grow, we may purchase other businesses or business units. Alternatively, we may sell businesses or business units, merge with other entities and/or sell assets or stock, in some cases as part of a reorganization or liquidation in bankruptcy, as well as raise capital through financings. In connection with, in contemplating, or as part of, these transactions, we may transfer your personal information to another entity upon a merger, consolidation, financing or other corporate reorganization in which Diligente participates, or to a purchaser or acquirer of all or a portion of Diligente’ assets, bankruptcy sale included.

Aggregated and De-identified Information

We may use and share non-personal information about you or your use of the Site and Services, including any de-identified and aggregated data with third parties without limitation.

Children’s Information

The Site and Services are not directed toward persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly market to or collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to us or on the Site.

Security

Data Retention

We will retain the personal information that we collect where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, including to provide you with our Services, or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not immediately possible because your personal information has been stored in backup archives, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We do not target our Site or Services to individuals outside of the United States.
